RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Jay's Direct Wholesale, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or there are any damages that incur during shipping, we will strive to resolve the situation quickly. We ask that you read and understand our Return Policy. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns at sales@jaysdirect.com

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as it arrives to ensure any returns or exchanges are handled in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, we MUST be notified within 7 business days of the day it is delivered. We ask that you send photos of any damages to sales@jaysdirect.com. 

  • Merchandise must be in good sellable condition if you decide you do not want any items that are in your order. This must be approved by Jay's Direct Wholesale. You will be responsible to cover shipping costs for any merchandise you decide to exchange or return along with a 25% restocking fee. 
  • If you receive any items that are damaged, please send a photo to sales@jaysdirect.com and we will credit your invoice. 
  • Jay's Direct Wholesale is not liable for any incidental, damages, interest, costs, expenses, or for loss of use, loss of data or lost profit or wages from the sale, use or consumption of the products sold.
